Overview
A proxy form enables the lot owner(s) to appoint an authorised representative to act and vote on their behalf at a General Meeting. To be considered valid, the form must be completed fully and accurately. For our clients’ convenience, we’ve provided an electronic proxy form below. Proxy forms are included with each meeting notice and are also available below.
Important Information
If a lot is owned by a company (an incorporated owner), the company must appoint an individual as its proxy holder. This requires completing a proxy form signed by an authorised representative of the company.
Please return the completed proxy form to our office ahead of the General Meeting and confirm it has been received. To revoke a proxy, notify both the proxy holder and our office.
You may also submit an enduring proxy form to authorise someone to speak, act, and vote on your behalf at all general meetings on an ongoing basis, until it is revoked.
Please ensure the proxy form is correctly completed, as errors may render it invalid.
Completing the Proxy Form
The proxy form below can be completed electronically by the lot owner(s) or an authorised representative of an incorporated owner.
Submit your proxy before the meeting date to ensure it is valid. Fill it out carefully, as it authorises your nominated proxy to represent you at the upcoming General Meeting. Required details can be found in your Notice of Meeting.
